Where are you located and do you have a storefront? Walk-ins?
Richie's Drum Garage is located in downtown San Bernardino, California and I currently run the shop from a warehouse. At this moment I don't have a storefront and run the shop from online only. For now only local pickup purchases allow you to come by the shop and pickup your item and while you are here you are able to check out the warehouse. (A good way to get first dibs on new arrivals)
I currently don't do walk-ins. I work at the shop Monday-Friday and I do get messages about testing out gear so I'm currently doing meets up by appointment. You can send me an email or message on Instagram and I can book you in for a day. I am really flexible with time and any day of the week, just let me know in advance!
What are your store hours?
The website is available 24/7 so you can make any purchase any day/time. I only work at the shop Monday-Friday so any messages will be answered on those days. The weekends I am closed but I sometimes work at the shop Saturday or Sunday so I can also assist you through the weekend if I'm in.
When are orders shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours but can take up to 48 hours. Weekend orders, Friday-Sunday, are packed and shipped Monday.
Will I get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email. Sometimes that email will go to your spam folder. If you can't find it, you can send me a message and I will gladly help you out.
What is your Return Policy?
All Sales Are Final
Items are sold as is and cannot be returned unless it arrived in a different condition that it was photographed or described.
If you have any problems with your order, you can email me within the first 48 hours of your package being delivered. If the return is approved I will provide the return label and you will have 14 days to ship it back to the shop.
